Since 2017, I’ve been immersed in the world of endurance sport — not just racing, but studying it. I’m a data-driven coach who believes in the science behind smart training, smart nutrition, and maximizing every ounce of training absorption. My coaching philosophy is grounded in performance — not just finishing races, but executing them with purpose, precision, and progression.

I believe in beating your former self. I believe in measured progress. I believe the best athletes are the ones who train both the body and the mind. Whether it's refining race-day strategy, finding the best training interventions for YOU, or building mental resilience, my goal is to help you unlock peak performance through a highly individualized, evidence-based approach.

How I coach

  • Training

    I work closely with my athletes to build specific training plans tailored to their triathlon goals. Every plan is highly personalized, and I rely on regular athlete feedback. Together, we’ll find what works best for you.

  • Racing

    The best training plan means nothing if you can’t execute on race day. I help my athletes build detailed race strategies to ensure they can capitalize on their training and always have a rock-solid plan to follow.

  • Recovery

    In today’s endurance sport, recovery is often the most overlooked performance tool. More isn’t always better. My athletes treat recovery as seriously as they do training — because that’s where real gains are made.

  • Nutrition

    Many athletes arrive at the start line fit but unable to perform because of poor nutrition strategies. I emphasize nutrition as a key pillar of performance — both in training and on race day — to help you reach your full potential.

  • Testing

    We put in countless hours of training — don’t let poor equipment choices or a suboptimal position hold you back. I work with my athletes on aero testing, equipment selection, and making data-driven decisions to get every advantage possible.

  • Community

    You can't reach your potential without a strong support system. Period. We all need people around us to push, challenge, and lift us up. I’m committed to supporting my athletes in every way I can, and helping them find the best triathlon communities to grow with.
